countdown to halloween: wind and rain

Watching for Hurricane Sandy through the eyes of a ceramic jack-o-lantern. We are, fortunately, not in the hurricane's main path but will certainly feel the wind and rain of this monster storm. Still too early to tell if Halloween Night will be a complete wash-out.

Sending good thoughts your way, and all my hopes for a perfect Halloween.

Down here in Georgia the weather went from 80 degrees during the day to in the 50's with ridiculous winds overnight. I can't imagine being further north right now.

We started with the wind on Saturday in SE Michigan. Crazy! When our weather radio went off at 5:30 am Monday morning with wind advisories, I put on some jeans over my PJs and went out to take down skeletons and ghosts before work. Today I was out there in the sleet taking blowmolds to the garage! I really feel for the people who are actually IN the storm!!

Here's hoping that the weather clears in time for the Witches to Fly!

Hoping you get spared by the storm. Love the picture.
